ROSEÉ offers free standard Australia-wide shipping for purchases over $100. Orders under $100 will incur $5 delivery fee. Shipping outside of Australia incur $15 delivery fee. Where street delivery is not always possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left.

Shipping orders for standard parcels can be sent to street addresses or post office boxes. Please note that our carrier companies Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. Where street delivery is not always possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left.  Orders are delivered Monday-Friday, it is therefore suggested that you may wish to receive your order at your work address. In this instance please give your work address as the delivery address, ensuring that you have given your full name and work building name or company name. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that in the event of a failed delivery by the delivery service provider, that a suitable re-delivery time is arranged.

Please note that orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next working day.
